Causes and Possibilities of Using Social Media in Promotional Activities

Abstract

Over the last decade, the development of technology has changed the world. Now people communicate with each other differently through using computers or mobile devices, and Internet access is, in principle, possible all over the place. Technology and social development was also an influence on the evolution of marketing. There are new tools used in the promotional activities of companies. One such tool is social media, which allows you to reach a desired audience. Social medias are entertaining, but have become a serious communication tool for companies and allow brands to build a community around them. (original abstract)
