Abstract

The purpose of the article is to assess the impact of the style of managing on employees' work efficiency and to determine the relationship between these two factors. The authors conducted a study in which they tried to assess dominant styles used by managers and determine how employee-oriented and task-oriented leadership affect dedication and work satisfaction of employees. Another question examined in the study was the relationship between the employee's age and their work efficiency and attitude to superiors.
