Creativity and Culture Sectors as Factors Determining the Development of Modern City

Abstract
In modern conditions of development the quality of human capital in the city increasingly becoming the subject matter. In the context of contemporary development processes special attention should be put on the concept of creative city which influenced creating new industries. Creativity is nowadays one of the most important factors in modern city development in the so-called cultural industries. Such approach can be also wildly seen in European Union's documents where creative attitude and creative industries is crucial for better competitiveness of Europe. (original abstract)Keywords:
