Articles published in the journal contribute 40 points to the parametric evaluation of the higher education institution its authors are affiliated with, in accordance with the notice of the Ministry of Education and Science of December 1, 2021 concerning the list of scientific journals and peer-reviewed materials from international conferences.

The WSB University in Poznan Research Journal has been published since 1996. It is an interdisciplinary academic journal focusing on economics and business. It aims to explain interrelationships between economics, business, but also other social phenomena such as politics and law, and study their impact on contemporary economic processes.  Each issue is devoted to a distinct research area, and may refer to macroeconomics, microeconomics, finance as well as business administration and management. The mission of the journal is to create a discussion forum for both academics and practitioners. Therefore we seek theoretical and empirical contributions as well as papers with clear implications for business.

Each issue has a scientific (thematic) Editor who is a specialist in the topic covered in this issue. Each paper submitted to our journal undergoes a double blind review process and is reviewed by at least two external reviewers, many of whom are international.

The time between paper acceptance and publication takes between 4 and 6 months.

All articles are are fully open access.

Until the end of 2018, the journal was published as a printed version (circulation of 150 copies).

The publisher of the journal “The WSB University in Poznan Research Journal” does not charge any fees for publishing articles.
