Job Creation through Temporary Work Agencies during an Economic Slowdown and Soaring Unemployment

Abstract
At a time of an economic downturn, employers are at an advantageous position over employees in the labor market. Under current legislation, this has important implications for the workforce: recently, the Polish labor market is increasingly characterized by unsound employment practices where people are hired on civil law contracts instead of permanent employment contracts.(original abstract)Keywords:
