Modern Innovation Policy and Collaboration Networking in the Transfer of Knowlegde from the Educational Sector

Abstract
The effectiveness of knowledge transfer from the education sector to the economy depends on many factors, where a significant impact relies on innovation policy. Available data indicates insufficient cooperation between business organizations and educational institutions, especially in the process of innovation and knowledge transfer. According to modern trends of the national and European innovation policy, the importance of networks, which support collaboration between business and scholarship, is increasing. Therefore, this article discusses in particular the issues of knowledge transfer from the research/educational sector to a network of cooperating companies.(original abstract)Keywords:
