The Cultural Context of Inter-organizational Relationships

Abstract

This paper considers inter-organizational relationships typical for business ecosystems in an organizational culture prospective. Business ecosystems are a category that increasingly appears in literature and research. Unfortunately, the cultural context is rarely used to explain business ecosystem activities, as well as their market position and development. It is therefore important to clarify the important cultural issues to ensure the correctness of the testing procedures in this regard. The authors of the article further specify issues related to the culture of relations at the organizational, National, and international level, as well as making an attempt to outline a vision of values and norms encouraging inter-organizational networks.(original abstract)
