The Behavior of Entrepreneurs in Difficult Situations

Renata Rosmus

Adam Pawlak

Abstract

Entrepreneurial activity requires performance in two areas - task and relational performance. The aim of this study was to determine how to deal with enterprising people in these two areas. The article consists of two parts: the first describes the strategies for coping with difficult situations; the second is devoted to the relationship between entrepreneurship and loyalty. The concept of entrepreneurship can be understood as a property - a set of personality traits that stimulate undertaking entrepreneurial activities. You can also consider entrepreneurship as activities related to the generation and multiplication of profit, which makes the enterprising person a business entity. Taking into account the two forms of understanding entrepreneurship, two research groups are analyzed: those characterizing the properties of the corresponding categories of entrepreneurial behavior that does not take an independent economic activity, and those who have the entrepreneurial behaviour and simultaneously undertake economic activity.(original abstract)
