Governance and Modern Standards of Risk Management

Abstract
Good practices and principles of corporate governance impose clear and specific obligations on the top management public companies, in the area of the company's internal control and risk management system. However the company's authorities, in many cases, neglect the risk management area, often treating it too casually, or ignoring it. Such an approach often results from a lack of knowledge in the field of business management in this area, or sometimes, even outright fear of risk management. In response to these needs, the solution should be regular risk management standards in the enterprise. They give simple and clear guidance on roles, responsibilities and processes, and constitute one of the foundations of corporate governance.(original abstract)Keywords:
