Pro-innovative Attitudes of MSME Sector Entrepreneurs in the Creation of Value for Customers

Abstract

In the present day, businesses are facing new challenges in management paradigms based on the value of co-creation through innovation, the primary source of which is the knowledge of workers and customers. The aim of this paper is to show the role of pro-innovation attitude of the MSME sector entrepreneurs in creating value for the customer. An innovation-oriented attitude is defined in this article as an individual feature of entrepreneurs, indicating openness to innovation and new solutions, that can be implemented with the ability to learn, a willingness to take risks, the criticism of existing schemes, and standards of conduct. The very concept of a pro-innovation attitude was recognized in a broad context, and also as the link between creativity and innovation.(original abstract)
