The Issue of Fees and Commissions in Banks

Abstract
A revival of interest is show towards the different aspects of problems associated with charges and bank brokerage from Polish specialised bank environments, as well as from initiatives of the European Commission. This paper attempts to show the approximation of the chosen issues from the sphere of regulating processes at the level of regulatory (inside system) and real processes (level and structure of income from title of charge and bank brokerage, exemplary conditions of transactions in systems of time sale). It particularly focuses on problems of protection of the impermissible clause on bank service markets, and in agreements reached between a weaker party and the professional one.(original abstract)Keywords:
