Evaluation of the Investment Capacity of the Subcarpathian's Municipalities in Comparison With the Rest of the Country - Financial Aspect

Abstract
The investment activity of municipalities is determined by the financial environment and non-financial aspects, including in particular, legal and organizational factors. Financial circumstances of the realization of investments have a great value. In 2008-2010 the investment potential of surveyed municipalities remained stable. The decrease in investment capabilities of the municipalities took place in 2009-2010. In the period of time analyzed by the study, an increase in investment was observed, which was connected with the increase in debt of local governments.(original abstract)Keywords:
