Between Cooperation and Competition. Partnership Relations Between Municipalities and Other Local Government Units

Abstract
The article discusses the issue of cooperation and competition between municipalities with other units of local government. Its purpose is to determine the scale of these phenomena in Poland, and to identify key areas and forms of cooperation and competition.
