Uncertainty in the Local Development - Chosen Elements

Abstract
Local development is one of the most important issues of modern economy. In practical terms, it is understood as the creation of new values that reinforce a particular socio-economic space. Currently it occurs in a very dynamic environment, therefore the management of the development is not an easy task. There appear very often financial and social imbalances in the local sphere. For this reason local authorities often cannot keep up with the pace of occurring changes and fall into destruction. There is therefore uncertainty as to sustainable economic growth.(original abstract)Keywords:
