Economic Face of the Local Self-government

Abstract
The article attempts to define the local government action in economic terms. There are a number of reasons for that. The main reason is that local authorities and municipal administration utilize economic resources to achieve public goals. Local government has clearly defined features, which make one look at it as a kind of entity management.
