The UE Reformed Regional and Cohesion Policies and Development of Polish Regions

Abstract
The paper discusses changes of EU regional policy and cohesion policy and their impact on regional development in Poland. Especially important are thesis of reformed cohesion policy and new regional policy (so called place-based policy) including stress on: territorial activities, exploiting endogenous potential of region and cooperation of diverse subjects on many levels of economy.
