Knowledge Management as a Factor in the Development of Enterprises

Abstract
In an era of knowledge is very important to proper management of workforce skills, requiring their continuous development and upgrading of skills and competencies. In Poland, the reported decline in spending on education and improvement of personnel representing labor costs and simultaneously increase the number of people participating in non-school forms of education. The article presents an analysis of knowledge management in enterprises in the field of finance and to increase skills and competencies of employees. (original abstract)Keywords:
