Institutional Aspect of Public Administration - Review of Researches Carried out in Communes of Łódzkie Voivodship

Abstract
Public administration is a complicated system consist of people, processes and assets, which main task is to fulfil various public duties. The administration must change itself and use modern tools to fulfil these tasks in the best way and to satisfy the needs of local community. This article presents the results of researches which were carried out to analyze organization, methods and tools of local development policy in communes, and cities in łódzkie voivodship.
