Dilemmas Associated with Determining the Factors Influencing the Budget Deficit of Local Governments

Abstract
This article aims to search for the most important factors influencing the development of the deficits of local governments. Attempt was made to the classification of these factors. Then, these factors were related to current income. Reflections on this subject are - in the author's intentions - indicate the main directions of theoretical and empirical studies related to the budget deficit mentioned entities.(original abstract)Keywords:
