Abstract

The paper raises the issue of implicit liabilities in terms of its long-term sustainability of pension scheme. On the basis of relevant literature, the main characteristic of implicit liabilities are demonstrated together with the major challenges connected with soaring implicit public debt triggered by unfunded pension schemes.(original abstract)
