Possibilities of Financial Support of Health Care Entities from the Budgets of Local Government Units

Abstract
Units of local government in Poland realizes tasks contains medical activity. Accomplishment of these tasks is connected with creating units carrying on this activity and providing financial support. Units of local government are able to transfer financial resources according to law acts. New regulations changes fundamentally tasks and duties of local government both in terms of organization and legal forms of entities operating in healing, as well as their financing. Introduced a solution raises many questions, which increases the risk of inefficiency and malfunctioning health care system in Poland.(original abstract)Keywords:
