Theoretical Foundations of Public Debt

Abstract
The author presented the theoretical foundations of public debt. There are discussed indicates the components of debt and its essence. In the article, the author formulated the conditions for the internal borrowing by public debt. Considerations end conclusions about the nature of the debt and its socio-economic importance.(original abstract)Keywords:
