Information Technology as a Knowledge Exchange Tool in Cooperating Companies

Abstract
The aim of the article is the presentation of chosen solutions from the range of the Information Technology, applied in the exchange of the knowledge among cooperating enterprises. In the first point there is described the notion of cooperation. What is the cooperation, which are premises of this type of collaboration among organizations and prospective economic advantages resulting from it. In the second part there was presented the role which the knowledge plays in cooperating organizations. There was also put attention on the necessity of the exchange and making available of the knowledge among cooperating subjects. The third point is the review of technological solutions applied in cooperating enterprises, with the emphasis onto exchange of knowledge aspect. (original abstract)Keywords:
