Terminological Remarks which Describe the Process of Public Management

Abstract
The subject matter of this article is to specify essential notions and terminological remarks which describe the process of public management. This process can be described in many terms. In order to accept without qualification an unific interpretation there is a deep need of selection, review and analysis of core notions, which can be used to described the public management.
