Legal-Economic Bases of Public-Private Partnership in Poland

Abstract

The basic requirement of Public-Private Partnership is voluntary, long term cooperation between public and private sectors. The subjects decide about division of managing and risk in the undertaking. Public-Private Partnership brings benefits for both partners. The goals of Public- Private Partnership should be clear for easy understanding and realization. In fact Public-Private Partnership is one of possibilities for supporting social economic development process. Public partner has limited funds and action with private partner give possibilities for realization of social needs and planning investment process. (original abstract)
