The Analysis of the Financial Standing of a Commune as an Instrument Rationalization of Disposition of Budgetary Funds

Abstract
The article is an attempt to present the meaning of evalution of financial situation in rationalization of disposition of budgetary funds. Financial analysis is usually used to carry out such an evaluation. Making use of this research method and appropriate indexes to contributes to a more effective disposition of the received income, improvement of credibility credit and to ensure a short and long term financial liquidity. As a result, it leads to rationalization in all aspects of activities in order to maintain one's position and to continue the development of the organization. (original abstract)Keywords:
