Management of Municipal Land

Abstract
A town's development manifests itself in the qualitative, quantitative and structural changes in land use, which take place at a certain time and place. The processes are linked to human activity in a particular area at a certain time. In terms of land management, they consist of replacing less intensive forms of land use with more intensive ones. In the article was presented legal, organizing and financial possibilities, making possible the realization of own tasks by communities as pass the local land development plan, conduct of land consolidation and equipment of the land into the technical infrastructure.
