The Impact of Financial Crisis on the State Budget and the Income of Local Government Units

Abstract
The initial part of the article defines the major causes and effects of the financial crisis. The existence of public revenue as a major area of impact of the negative effects of the financial crisis in the area of public finance sector. The analysis of the impact of the economic slowdown in Poland, the state budget and revenue of local government units. Rated tool used in the 2009 fiscal year, as the anti-crisis mechanisms, pointing to their differences in the government and local authorities. (original abstract)Keywords:
