Stock Index Changes and Global Financial Crisis

Abstract

The article focuses on the influence of the global financial crisis on the selected stock exchanges' results. The author tries to determinate the stages of the crisis taking under consideration stock index changes and turnover value. The paper brings the conclusion that stock index changes and turnover value in 2009 may be perceived as the indicators of the end of the crisis. (original abstract)
