EU Funds in the Development of Hańsk Commune

Abstract
In this paper was taken up the problem of the instant use and impact of the EU funds in process of the commune's development. The analysis was carried out on the case of Hańsk commune; located in the district of Włodawa-Lublin province. For the analysis were used pre-accession program called SAPÄRD and other programs which were executed after Polish accession to the European Union. The process of use of EU funds from aid programs has been studied timeline 2004-2009. It was noticed that the use of EIJ funds contributed to the significant improvement of infrastructure in the mentioned above commune, particularly water supply and roads.(original abstract)Keywords:
