Integrated Regional Operational Programme in Financing the Entrepreneurship in Wielkopolska

Abstract
The purpose of the study is analysis and the evaluation of using by entrepreneurs the Wielkopolskie Province, funds available as part of the Integrated Regional Operational Programme. Wielkopolska entrepreneurs are able well to use union funds, what socio-economic results achieved in the province in the process of lasting the program IROP are attesting to, such results as: number of new microenterprises, the number of people using trainings and the consulting, growth of turns of enterprises, increase in employment. In the process of the IROP realization, many connected problems appeared for example: with procedures, excessive formalism, legal conditioning, keeping beneficiaries and institutions connected with the achievement of the programme, however what didn't disturb in effective using by Wielkopolska the available pool of funds as part of this program.(original abstract)Keywords:
