Abstract
In global economy there are new concepts that lead to social-economic development. They are another stage of economy based on knowledge modification. Nowadays creative economy becomes an innovative approach to economy. Creative capital is a derivative of human capital and it plays a basic main role in new age of creative economy. By implication, people with their skills, not- hackneyed and fresh attitudes are main resource of economy based on creativity. Cities, where people have high quality of life will succeed in the new conditions.(original abstract)Keywords:
