Abstract
The modern world has the technology that might make people's lives, improve comfort, save time and because of that use it more efficiently, and with all that they are safe for the environment. So we should invest in them despite the initial high costs. Human life is invaluable. Smart Cities, which benefit from such arrangements and they use of intelligent information systems, they provide an integrated platform for a determining further development. They provide environmental friendly and safe space to live and do business. Considered an example of Wroclaw by the Author, contains only some elements that determine the essence of SC. However, they dearly does not allow to qualify Wroclaw to that group. (original abstract)Keywords:
