Risk in Finance of Public Finance Governments - Chosen Problems

Abstract
The aim of this article is an attempt of the presentation of the risk management process in public finance governments. Generally, it is estimated that risk in governments being a part of public administration is limited if it exists at all. Although unexpected occurrence can very often appear nowadays, he estimated aim was carried out firstly by describing legal regulations of the risk management in public finance governments, by analysis the scope of the risk management in local governments and identification the risk management process in public finance governments. At the end of this article, there were presented a risk within the financial confines and instruments within the financial risk transfer in public finance governments. (original abstract)Keywords:
