Financial Instruments of Implementation the Local Strategy and Risk Management in the Monitoring Process

Abstract
The paper presents the results of the analyzes application to risk management in local and regional governments. The subsequent phases of strategic management process were introduced, the problem of financial risk and of sources as well as the methods and tools of their limitation were described. The article shows different categories of risk like liquidity risk, bankruptcy risk, operational risk, investment risk, social risk, political and personal risk. (original abstract)Keywords:
