Riskmanagement in the Process of Implementation of Communal Investments - Selected Aspects

Abstract
The article presents the issue of municipal investments and risks involved in every phase of implementation of infrastructural investments tasks. The process of risk management of municipal investments have also been considered and its various stages have been described. The selected instruments used in risk analysis have been discussed and the selected case studies of effective responses to variety of risk categories have been presented. (original abstract)Keywords:
