Financial Management of Local Self-government Units According to Their Vulnerability to the Impact of Risk and Uncertainty Phenomena

Abstract
Financial management of the self-government entities is a continuous process of collecting revenues and incomes and executing of expenditures and costs. All phases of this process are very prone to the impact of consequences of risk and uncertainty. In the article has been presented the financial structure of self-government units and its weaknesses. The outcomes, which may be disclosed if the action does not eliminate the phenomenon of risk and uncertainty, have been pointed out. (original abstract)Keywords:
