Development of Leasing in Poland Against Selected Countries of Central Europe

Abstract

Leasing is currently one of the basic sources of financing investments of companies. Leasing industry in Poland has been developing dynamically since the 90s. The periods of economic downturn in this sector are usually connected with economic recession and end with the increase of investment level. Polish leasing sector is an important element of leasing market in Europe and the leader in Central European region both in movable goods and real estate.(original abstract)
