Financial Restructuring as an Example of Corporate Anti-Crisis Strategy

Abstract

In running a business, one experiences not only desirable developments, such as soaring sales revenues or a satisfactory level of profitability and liquidity, that allow the business to prosper, competing successfully in the market. Unfortunately, crisis situations also do occur, causing disturbances to business operations, introducing a factor of instability and uncertainty. The article aims to outline the most relevant implications that a financial and economic restructuring has for a business enterprise as well as the effects that it can have on improving the enterprise's financial standing. The following research methods are used to accomplish these objectives: literature review, analysis of financial documents, and case study.(original abstract)
