Revitalization as a Form of Evolution in Urban Spaces

Abstract
The paper presents a new concept in the perception of the urban space revitalization process - not as a tool, but as a sign and formula of city transformation. Revitalization is determined by the awareness of the complexity and variability of the socio-economic space, as well as, economic efficiency. The relationships observed in the processes of revitalization are notably derived by market factors and their positive effects are generated mainly by interactions noted on the real estate market.(original abstract)Keywords:
