Change as an Element of Risk in Local Government Units

Abstract
The aim of the article is to indicate change as a risk factor, as well as, present approaches related to risk management in the process of making changes in local government units. In this article, a discussion was held on the concept of change. The author presented an approach to change as a risk factor. Reference was made to the process of change management in local government units, taking into account their risks.(original abstract)Keywords:
