The Transfer of Knowledge and the Culture of Intelligent Failures in an Innovative Enterprise

Abstract

This article presents basic issues related to the transfer of knowledge in an enterprise and its importance for innovation. It also presents characteristic features of an innovative company. The article emphasizes the essence of organizational culture based on supporting the intelligent failures, so as to break the barriers in the area of the transfer of knowledge, which are connected with the fear of failures in the implementation of ideas and their consequences.(original abstract)
