Stakeholders and the Types of Ethical Orientation in the Codes of Ethics of Different Companies

Abstract

The author presents an analysis of the contents of the codes of ethics in 49 companies of a different nature: national and international, large and small, as well as, from different areas of business. The author looks for the frequency of the presence of different types of stakeholders and ethical conclusions, contrary to many suggestions in the current literature.(original abstract)
