Diversity Management and Sustainability of Social Relationships in the Organization

Abstract

This paper presents the essence of the relationship between the implementation in the Organization of diversity management policy and its implications in the context of the sustainability of social relations. In defining the concept of diversity, an attempt was made to characterize both positive and negative effects of the diversification of personnel in terms of age, gender or ethnicity. Attention is also placed on the manager's tasks to mitigate any misunderstandings, stemming from the differences between people, and to promote activities to raise awareness of the benefits of diversity..(original abstract)
