The Professional Service in Municipal Offices Provided for Its Clients

Abstract
The subject matter of this article is specification and description of activities related to public services provided by municipal offices. The main aim is to outline trends, conditions and changes taking place in processes within the administration offices aimed at efficient and professional service. The right to good administration practices is guaranteed by the regulations of the European Union and constitutes standard of the public institutions functioning.
