System Limitations of Local Government Debt in France

Abstract
The purpose of this study is an appraisal of French system solutions concerning the public debts of local governments from the standpoint of its limited amount. According to the presented considerations local governments in France are at liberty to incur debts. Limitations resulting from legislations concern mainly obligations to comply with sustainable and balanced budget. (original abstract)Keywords:
