Notes on Financial Management in Municipality

Abstract
The article relates to certain specific issues of financial management in municipality. The main goal of presented considerations based on the standard issues (policies, procedures and elements of the budget) is to emphasize its economic dimension. What is more, a significant attention has been paid to the importance of the deficit and debt and its socio-economic consequences. It also puts some efforts to set standards, essential in public finances management.(original abstract)Keywords:
