The Creating of Organization's Key Competencies

Abstract

Modern companies to achieve the successes in a market must have a better offer than their competitors, providing customers with added value. For that purpose, they should create and develop the key competencies, which are the set of different skills, complementary resources and procedures that underpin the company's competitive capabilities and sustainable advantage. The aim of the article is to highlight the importance of creating and developing these competencies in the organization for better taking the opportunities, formulating the unique strategy and concentrating the staff on realization of company's mission.
