Importance of Assessment in the Process of Working for the Professional Competencies Management and Employee's Development

Abstract
Evaluating employees is one of the basic tools to identify and examine the level of competence of persons employed in the organization. The study shows the importance of proper preparation of employee evaluation system and its role in the organization, as well as contains an analysis of a staff survey one of the banks on a system of periodic employee assessments.
