Methods of Managerial Competences Appraisal of Enterprise Management

Abstract
The subject of this paper is managerial competence. Competences comprise the potential that contributes to efficient and ethical management and shall subject to regular assessment. General knowledge and experience do not ensure success for a manager- it is practical use of the knowledge and experience in terms of management of the company that in fact counts. On account of the above thesis, this study presents methods of managerial competences appraisal, as well common use hereof in practice in the examined enterprises. (original abstract)Keywords:
